All of the properties are fairly close to downtown (less than a mile) and very near to bus routes. The apartments available now will be rented fairly soon so if you are interested I recommend you call my cell phone at (508) 524-7888. Email is fine but it takes a bit longer because I am often on the road during the day. An application can be downloaded from this site also and faxed in. If your income and credit are good you could apply for and occupy a rental in the same day! I generally require first last and security which I is necessary for me because I put so much money into the apartments.

I have a total of nine houses in Providence and each of those properties are in great locations on Federal Hill in an area which is safe and very close to downtown and the local restaurants and businesses (5-8 minute walk to either). In addition the bus routes are within a block or two at the most. Most of these homes are three family Historic Mansard Victorian homes built between 1880-1890. Therefore many of them have nice features like hardwood floors and nice moldings. The neighbors in other apartments are also considerate and friendly and I have worked hard to create the right atmosphere.

Most of the rents do not include utilities, but most do include free laundry. Rental prices vary based on parking needs. Each parking spot factors in at $50 per month. I pride myself on being a great landlord and I take a real interest in making my tenant's homes comfortable. I'm in my 30's and really committed to the neighborhood. I tend to be out of the box in comparison to traditional Providence landlords, some of whom do not maintain the buildings. My assistant and myself even help keep the trees pruned on the streets and clean up litter and sweep the streets when necessary. Its all part of taking ownership in the city and neighborhood. We encourage all our residents to do the same and chip in. It makes a big difference in how nice our area of the city is.

Generally when I purchase properties in Providence they have been in disrepair for a while so it takes a while for me to get them up to speed. All but of two of my properties have been almost completely renovated. A couple of the buildings I picked up this past fall need extensive exterior work at this time, which in process. Inside they are nice thanks to hard work over the past few months. These properties are 155-157 Vinton Street and 1 Brighton Street. Those prices are slightly more affordable at this time because the buildings are still a work in progress.
